This method uses thin, custom-made plastic trays, one for your top teeth and one for the bottom, made from an impression of your mouth.
You wear the gel-filled trays for either one hour or overnight, for 7–14 sessions, and can wear both trays together or separately. We provide a desensitising toothpaste to use before and during treatment.
